The aim of Positive Parkinson’s Challenge events is to raise awareness and funds to help people who have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and similar neurological long term conditions and demonstrate what can be achieved with determination and a positive mindset. In 2023 under the banner of the Big Tri events took place with Swim, Bike, Hike challenges raising over £127,000.
