Bike – John O’Groats to Land’s End – August 2023

Allan Coe and Jamie Snarski took up the incredible physical and mental challenge of cycling 1,010 miles from John O’Groats to Land’s End. Riding for 89 hours, the dynamic duo wanted to demonstrate what can be achieved when the power of the conscious positive side of the brain is engaged to push outside the comfort zone.
